Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 7–14 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is something we’re working toward — stay tuned.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or reach out to us at our support email.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out — refund, replacement, or store credit, your choice.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. Send us a photo of the damaged item at our support email and we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.
Do I need to return the item?
In most cases, no. For damaged or incorrect items, we’ll often just send a replacement without requiring you to ship anything back.

Are your products safe for pets?
Yes. Every product we sell is made from pet-safe materials — no toxic glues, no harmful dyes. If you have a specific concern about a product, feel free to reach out and we’ll give you the full details.
My cat/dog ignored the toy. What should I do?
Pets can take a little time to warm up to new things. Try introducing the toy gradually, using treats to build interest, or placing it near their favourite spot. If it’s still not working after a week, contact us — we’ll help you find something that fits your pet better.
Can I buy replacement parts for toys?
For certain products, yes. Contact us with your order details and we’ll see what we can do.
