Shipping Policy

At The Pet Loft, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a second email with your tracking number once it ships.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days for every item in our store after dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier volume.

We work nonstop to ensure fast shipping! 

Tracking Your Order

Every order comes with a tracking number sent to the email address you provided at checkout. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delays can occur due to weather, high carrier volume, or customs processing. These are outside our control, but we’ll always do our best to help you resolve any issues if they arise.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away — we can often correct it before the order ships. Once dispatched, we cannot redirect packages.
